Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America is hiring a Sales Order Packer for the 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), Monday through Friday, in Hobart, Indiana. The role focuses on identifying and labeling items before packing, coordinating with other departments, and preparing accurate outbound orders.

This position requires basic math, good communication, and reliable organization. Forklift experience or inventory familiarity are a plus, and safety/QMS compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Inventory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and label items prior to packaging.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare accurate orders for outbound shipments.
• Use Wynsoft to stage product in a container.
• May operate forklift and follow safety rules.
• Comply with Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class performance.
