Job summary

Allura USA is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Houston to manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment, coordinating with manufacturing and shipping teams. You will provide timely updates, resolve issues, and identify sales opportunities while delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 3–5 years in customer service, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems is desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or related experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Process product and sample orders; maintain records; support invoicing.
• Coordinate order fulfillment across plant, warehouse, shipping and sales.
• Respond to inquiries; provide order updates and resolve issues.
• Follow up on leads; identify needs and support sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Support administrative tasks and safety requirements; occasional field travel as needed.
