Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or process improvement.
• Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or supply chain industry preferred.
• Results-driven with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook); SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order entry, billing, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for order inquiries, inventory availability, and service-related issues.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Transportation teams to resolve fulfillment challenges and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory, demand, and customer requirements to proactively identify risks and implement solutions.
• Analyze service metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in customer service and order management performance.
• Communicate product availability, inventory constraints, and service updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, escalation-critical issues as needed, and support initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.
