Job summary

ALLEN DISTRIBUTION is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Operations department in Stockton. This full-time role supports warehousing tasks, processes incoming/outgoing orders, and provides professional customer service to daily operations. Monday–Friday shift 6:00am–2:30pm, with overtime and weekend requirements as needed.

The position pays $20.00–$21.50 per hour. Candidates should be able to coordinate with customers and carriers, enter data accurately, and maintain a proactive,

Qualifications

• Coordination and clear communication with customers and carriers.
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter and complete inbound and outbound orders by end of shift.
• Review open receipts and orders daily and report issues to supervisor.
• Assign trailers to dock doors to maintain warehouse flow.
• Follow SOPs and customer work instructions.
• Maintain safety and proper housekeeping of the work area.
