Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Operations department. This full-time role on the 1st shift (6am–6pm) Fri, Sat, Sun, reports to the General Manager.

You will direct daily warehouse activities, manage labor scheduling, and ensure efficient use of space and equipment, with wage $21.00/hr plus $1.50 shift diff when applicable. Must have forklift license and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Forklift license required.
• Ability to operate in non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• As directed by the Distribution Manager, plan and schedule all distribution services.
• Direct and oversee daily labor schedules and team assignments.
• Maintain inventory control for each account.
• Ensure SOPs and customer work instructions are followed.
• Drive a culture of safety and maintain equipment and facilities.
