Job summary

The Euclid Chemical Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be a key contact for customers and sales. You will manage the order fulfillment process from entry through shipment and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Responsibilities include processing orders in SAP, communicating with customers and sales teams, coordinating shipments, and handling returns and complaints. A strong team player with solid data-entry skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
• Proficient computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and other channels.
• Enter sales orders into SAP accurately and promptly.
• Review orders for completeness and correctness before processing.
• Provide timely information to customers, sales reps, and management.
• Coordinate shipments from multiple warehouses across the United States.
• Ensure orders are shipped and invoiced correctly and on schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and returns, including documentation and approvals.
• Collaborate with Credit, Accounting, Inventory Control, Traffic and Purchasing.
