Qualifications

• Experience with shipping software and carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with flexible availability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment tasks include prioritizing shipments and timelines.
• Maintain organized multitasking and accurate data entry.
• Build virtual rapport with coworkers.
• Follow program timelines and checklists to complete tasks on time.
