Neuro20 Technologies is an early‑stage, fast growing medical‑device manufacturer developing next-generation neuromuscular re-education systems based in Oldsmar, FL. Our clients span across the U.S. and international markets, and we are on a mission to transform at-home rehabilitation and neuro-tech access around the world.

Because we are in the ramp‑up phase of commercial sales, every team member wears multiple hats and helps shape our growth trajectory.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a self‑driven, hard‑working individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and put in an honest 8‑hour shift—managing their own time with minimal supervision while strictly following SOPs, work instructions, and established forms.

Reporting jointly to the Head of Sales Operations and the COO, the Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Coordinator owns the full life‑cycle of product flow—from receipt of raw materials to shipment of finished medical devices and warranty returns. You will blend hands‑on warehouse work with advanced computer and customer‑service tasks, ensuring flawless inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and top‑tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities&Area Core Duties

Receiving & Incoming Quality

  • Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders
  • Complete Receive Acknowledgement and Test Results forms
  • Segregate, quarantine, and store materials per SOPs
  • Create and/or review sales orders and convert them to invoices
  • Generate Device History Records (DHRs) for bundled systems
  • Conduct Stage 1 Quality Inspections prior to shipment
  • Create picklists, pull stock (FIFO), pack, and ship orders

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Maintain clean, organized Sales, Returns, Inspection, Demo, and Internal warehouse zones
  • Execute transfer orders between areas
  • Conduct inventory (twice a month) counts and report any discrepancies to the Accounting department

Warranty & Returns

  • Investigate warranty claims in Zoho Desk (Levels 1–3)
  • Coordinate RMAs and manage Advance Replacement Agreements
  • Support complaint investigations and customer communications

Product Bundling (Realization)

  • Create bundles in Zoho Books/Inventory, label and document each kit, ensure inspection sign‑off before release
  • Physically pack and assemble product bundles/kits to specification

Facility & Equipment Upkeep

  • Run routine checks on infrastructure; report maintenance issues
  • Monitor and log temperature/humidity controls
  • Follow the warehouse cleaning schedule; maintain records

Required Qualifications

  • 1‑3 years + hands‑on warehouse or order‑processing experience (medical‑device or regulated industry a plus)
  • Proven advanced computer skills —ERP/ Inventory software (ZOHO, NetSuite, SAP, etc.), spreadsheets , and document control
  • Able to lift 40+lbs repeatedly and stand/walk most of your shift
  • Meticulous attention to detail , strong numeracy , and common‑sense problem solving
  • Demonstrated adaptability —thrives amid constantly shifting priorities and procedures
  • Customer‑service mindset; clear written and verbal communication
  • Constructive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement

Preferred Extras

  • Experience processing RMAs, warranty claims, or Level‑1/2/3 escalations
  • Familiarity with DHRs, FIFO, GMP, or ISO 13485 environments
  • Culture: Fast‑paced, high‑accountability startup; expect to pivot between warehouse, computer, and customer tasks as sales volume scales. Continuous learning and initiative are rewarded.
