Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent to join our team in Pennsylvania. You will pick, process, and package customer orders to Cresco quality standards and state regulations.

You will collaborate with the Order Fulfillment Lead to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper labeling for delivery. The role requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and tolerance for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

Our Order Fulfillment Agentis responsible forpicking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery . This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
• Creation of compliance labels using POS system
• Applying compliance labels to all products
• Confirming products’ unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
• Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
• Works well with all peers
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$16.50 - $16.50 USD
