Job summary

Cresco Labs in the United States is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent to pick, process, and package customer orders for delivery. You will work with the Order Fulfillment Lead to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely packaging according to Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

The role requires at least 1 year in production or manufacturing, strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods.
• Creation of compliance labels using POS system.
• Applying compliance labels to all products.
• Confirming products’ unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers.
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery.
• Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

JOB SUMMARY

Our Order Fulfillment Agentis responsible forpicking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery . This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

CORE JOB DUTIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure


• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines

• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge


• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.


• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.


• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$16.50 - $16.50 USD
