Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Order Fulfillment Agent to join the Sunnyside team in Massachusetts. You will ensure orders are properly tracked in the statewide seed-to-sale system and our internal portal, reporting to the Order Fulfillment Manager.

You’ll help maintain inventory integrity and resolve discrepancies across teams. The role requires experience in manufacturing environments, proficiency with MS Excel and POS systems, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience training or mentoring junior staff.
• 1 year (2-3 years preferred) in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Prior experience with POS applications.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis laws and exposure to the industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for production staff on policies and regulations.
• Create and update manifests for outgoing deliveries.
• Review manifests for incoming products and follow up on concerns.
• Complete required paperwork in an organized, timely manner.
• Resolve data discrepancies with the Order Fulfillment Manager and stakeholders.
• Provide accurate information and documentation with management.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis laws.
• Coordinate inventory-tracking procedures with the Manager.
• Assist onboarding and training of new hires as needed.
• Reflect inventory accurately in Cresco’s and state tracking systems.
• Perform compliance checks on finished goods within the department.
• Maintain high safety standards for employees and facility.

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Order Fulfillment Agent works with our Order Fulfillment team to ensure all orders are properly accounted for in our statewide seed-to-sale tracking system and our internal sales portal. This individual reportsintoour Order Fulfillment Manager and ensures all incoming and outgoing orders are trackedappropriatelyand any discrepancies are followed up appropriately.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Serves as a role model and resource for production staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
• Creates and updates manifests for outgoing deliveries
• Responsible for reviewing manifests for incoming products and following up with any concerns or questions
• Completing all required company and/or staterequiredpaperwork in an organized andtimelymanner
• Works with the Order Fulfillment Manager and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies in data
• Coordinates with the management team to ensure thataccurateinformation and documentation is provided
• Ensures compliance with all state and local cannabis laws and regulations
• Coordinates inventory-tracking procedures with the Order Fulfillment Manager
• Assistemployees in properly documenting all required information throughout all procedures
• Assistswhen needed with onboarding, training, and integration of new hires, and coordinating with Order Fulfillment Manager and other needed production personnel in the process
• Accurately reflects cannabis and non-cannabis inventory within Cresco’s and the state’s inventory tracking systems
• Compliance checks on finished goods within the department, including label verification
• Maintains a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest standards of safety for fellow employees, products, and the facility

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Demonstrated experience training,leadingand/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strongproficiencyworking within MS Excel and other MS office products
• Prior experience with point‑of‑sale applications, preferred
• Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits, and professional cannabis exposure, preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal formats
• Effective time‑management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands forlong periodsof time.
• Requires ability tolift upto 50lbsto torso level.

Pay Range

$21.50—$21.50 USD
