Cresco Labs is seeking candidates for a production/ manufacturing role at Sunnyside facilities. You will be involved in measuring, packaging, labeling, and quality checks while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

The job supports a fast-paced production environment in the cannabis industry. Typical duties include moving products between spaces, following department leader directions, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$19—$19 USD
