Cresco Labs is hiring an Order Fulfillment Agent in Brookville, PA. You will pick, process, and package customer orders in line with Cresco’s quality standards and state regulations, coordinating with the Order Fulfillment Lead to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with basic software tools. This is a physically active position with exposure to plant material and a need to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
• Works well with all peers
• Effective communication skills
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

JOB SUMMARY

Our Order Fulfillment Agentis responsible forpicking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco’s quality standards and state regulations.
