Cresco Labs seeks a dedicated Production Associate for evening shifts in our Brookville area facility. You will support packaging, labeling, and quality control tasks, ensuring accurate measures and adherence to delivery schedules.

The role requires leadership-like coordination, safety consciousness, and precise handling of materials. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a fast-paced production setting, strong attention to detail, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience training, leading or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• 1+ year in factory, production or manufacturing environment with measurable goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Able to work in fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Executing tasks assigned by Management.

• Detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors

• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products as directed by Management.

• PWO creation

• Understanding of delivery schedule and how PWOs relate

• Prioritization of tasks based on PWO

• Lead & motive team

• Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality

• Printing compliance labels

• Staging, exterior packaging, reading reports

• Maintaining a sanitary work environment

• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area

• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred_._

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.

• Strong Leadership skills

• Effective communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure

• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner

• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced,changingand challenging environment

• Must be able to lift,carryand balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds withassistance).

• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.

• Requires ability to sit, stand,kneel,and/or do repetitive actions with your hands forlong periodsof time.
