Job summary

Royal Packaging LLC is seeking an Order Entry Associate to help support fast-paced operations. You will manually enter incoming orders and generate essential paperwork such as packing lists, labels, and bills of lading while verifying inventory availability.

You will also answer light phone calls, scan and file, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely scheduling of appointments, maintaining accuracy and strong communication throughout.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Problem assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Warehouse / 3PL inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manually enter incoming orders promptly and accurately.
• Generate required paperwork for each order (packing lists, labels, bills of lading, etc.).
• Verify inventory availability and communicate any delays to customers.
• File, scan, answer light phone calls, and take messages in a professional manner.
• Communicate efficiently with warehouse staff regarding orders.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
