Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our Lawrenceville, GA office. You will enter detailed orders from contracts and technician reports, ensuring all required documents are obtained and properly uploaded to customer accounts.

The role is full-time and onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, offering a competitive $22/hour, full insurance, 401(K) with company match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of sales support or order entry experience.
• Experience with multitasking under pressure.
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
• High level written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports.
• Create orders in the system and ensure all needed documentation has been obtained.
• Place orders on hold as needed until missing documentation is obtained.
• Follow up on holds multiple times a day.
• Upload documents to customer accounts.
• Manage and maintain voicemails and emails.
• Support Sales team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts.
• Run and email daily reports.

Our Renewal by Andersen Company is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist/Order Creation Coordinator. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks. Primary Responsibilities

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports
• Create orders in the system and ensure all needed documentation has been obtained
• Place orders on hold as needed until missing documentation is obtained
• Follow up on holds multiple times a day
• Upload documents to customer accounts
