Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our Lawrenceville, GA team. You will enter orders from sales contracts and technician reports, ensure documentation, and support the sales group.

This role requires CRM experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a competitive hourly rate and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of two (2) years of sales support or order entry experience.
• Experience with multitasking under pressure.
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
• High level written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports.
• Create orders in the system and ensure all needed documentation has been obtained.
• Place orders on hold as needed until missing documentation is obtained.
• Follow up on holds multiple times a day.
• Upload documents to customer accounts.
• Manage and maintain voicemails and emails.
• Support Sales team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts.
• Run and email daily reports.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports
• Create orders in the system and ensure all needed documentation has been obtained
• Place orders on hold as needed until missing documentation is obtained
