Job summary

Supersonic Inc. in Commerce, CA seeks an Order Entry Clerk / Outbound Logistics Clerk to manage the full cycle of order processing, from entry to scheduling pickups and ensuring outbound logistics meet accuracy and guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of shipping experience, hands‑on MAS/Sage 100 ERP knowledge (training available), inventory management experience, and strong organizational skills. Training provided; full‑time hours with growth opportunities include e‑commerce order

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping experience.
• Experience with MAS/Sage 100 ERP Inventory Program (training available).
• Inventory management experience.
• Experience with LTL shipping.
• Experience with UPS Worldship for labels.
• EDI experience is a huge plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Preferred language skills: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create picking sheets, sales orders, invoices, and bill of lading.
• Ensure shipments meet accuracy and guidelines requirements.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding pending and shipped orders.
• Confirm all shipping documents are legible and accurate.
• Follow up with purchase orders and backorders for customers.
• Able to ship Amazon/e-commerce orders (plus).
• Obtain freight quotes from various trucking companies such as UPS, FedEx, EDI, Customs, Estes, YRC, TForce, Reddaway, Old Dominion, etc.
• Arrange pick-up and delivery.
• Assist with sending out samples and catalogs to customers.
• Perform clerical tasks such as writing letters, emails, answering phones, and filing.

Job description

Supersonic Inc., an industry-leading consumer electronics manufacturer/wholesaler with 40 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Order Entry Shipping Clerk to handle the full cycle of order processing, from order entry to scheduling pickups and ensuring outbound logistics are met with accuracy and guidelines.

Employment Type: Full-time
Position: Order Entry Clerk / Outbound Logistics Clerk
Location: Commerce, CA
Reports to: Sales Managers
Start Date: Immediate Hire!
Hours of Work: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Training: Will be provided!

• Excellent analytical skills with the initiative and ability to resolve issues
• Must be very organized, detail‑oriented, and able to perform multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as Tagalog, Filipino, Mandarin, Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish is a major plus
