Responsibilities

• Support the Order Entry team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Help expedite orders, paperwork, documents, and other information between departments.
• Communicate with team members to help resolve questions, delays, or missing information.
• Track and follow up on outstanding items to help keep orders and workflow moving.
• Enter, review, and update information using company computer systems.
• Deliver and retrieve paperwork, documents, and other materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is complete and properly routed.
• Respond professionally to changing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
• Work closely with multiple departments and team members to support efficient operations.
• Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
