Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order entry or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (APPX) and EDI processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple order channels.
• Proficiency in Excel and order tracking/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and customer portals.
• Knowledge of logistics coordination and billing processes.
• Understanding of credit and collections workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manually enter customer orders from Excel and portal.
• Process orders via EDI or the customer portal.
• Enter orders into APPX and issue OEI/ISO documents.
• Verify pricing, weight, and order details with Sales.
• Monitor order status through release stages (1-OE, 2-Credit, 3-Production).
• Coordinate with Logistics for delivery or customer pick-up.
• Ensure shipping confirmation and BOL triggers billing.
