Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech, based in New Berlin, WI, is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support our Operations, Service, Sales and Accounting teams. You will ensure 100% accuracy in deliveries and billing statements, while handling contract familiarity and customer inquiries.

The role requires high attention to detail, four years in a similar role, and strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, preferably an associate’s degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Strength in organizational skills as well as prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Professionalism in team play, written and verbal communication, articulation of ideas, perspectives and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of contractual service agreements.
• Work with internal and external customers.
• Perform accurate auditing of documents to assure adherence to all company guidelines.
• Have strong attention to detail relative to item identification, cost set-up, inventory and delivery frequencies along with approval requirements.
• Work independently to ensure our customers receive 100% accuracy in deliveries as well as billing statements.
• Input accurate entry of final drafts of approved documents.
• Research and problem solve internal and external customer questions and requests.
