Job summary

Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will oversee Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and HR while guiding Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing plant P&L and budgets.
• Leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and HR.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and HR.
• Develop and execute strategies for growth, capacity, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage plant financial performance including profit and loss, capital investments, and key metrics.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
