Job summary

Vanicream™ Sensitive Skin Care in Rochester, MN is seeking a warehouse supervisor to direct and coordinate all activities of the warehouse. This role requires leading a team, optimizing distribution of raw materials and finished goods, and ensuring operations meet cGMP and safety standards.

You will manage daily schedules, conduct training, and partner with QA, Sales, and others to improve service delivery. The position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of warehouse management experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to obtain industrial powered forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all activities of the warehouse.
• Supervise daily activities of warehouse associates.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
• Manage inbound and outbound delivery schedules.
• Lead daily and weekly team huddles to communicate priorities.
• Provide feedback to team and management.
