Job summary

Aero-Glen Int'l is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Fort Worth, TX to support internal and external stakeholders including sales, supply chain, operations, quality, and accounting. This in-office role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely order processing, and proactive communication to ensure on-time delivery.

You will maintain the order book, verify quotes and sales orders, work cross-functionally, and handle controlled information with integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year data entry experience in system portals or similar
• Internal and external customer service experience
• Aerospace industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain order book to support on-time delivery and proactive communication
• Receive, review and enter data including quotes and sales orders with high accuracy
• Ensure all sales orders are acknowledged as required
• Respond quickly and proactively to workload and business needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Accounting
• Handle controlled unclassified information (CUI) and Federal Contract Information (FCI) as required
• Perform other related duties as assigned
