Job summary

Responsibilities include data entry, reviewing quotes and sales orders, ensuring timely acknowledgments, and cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Sales, and Accounting. Prior aerospace experience and 1-year data-entry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year previous experience in system portals data entry, preferred in aerospace industry.
• Internal and external customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order book to support on-time delivery and proactive customer communication.
• Receive, review and enter data such as vendor quotes, customer quotes and sales orders with high accuracy.
• Ensure all sales orders are acknowledged as required.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Accounting to support customer requirements.
