Job summary

The Customer Service Representative at Emery-Oleochemicals-LL is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting overall order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with distributors and internal teams, document and resolve issues, and continually seek improvements to order processing and data integrity while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service or order management experience, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and verify material availability or production dates for made-to-order products.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer master data in the system.
• Provide timely information on order status, inventory, shipping docs, and product locations.
• Proactively manage assigned accounts by soliciting orders and updating system data.
