Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to provide clerical support, generate production reports, and maintain ingredient inventories for the feed mill.

Under direct supervision, you will use SAP and MS Office, multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of previous experience.
• Effective communication both oral and written.
• Basic computer knowledge and math skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Excellent organization and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly production reports using SAP.
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials.
• Maintain inventories of feed mill ingredients.
• Assist the Feed Mill Operations Team and take on additional duties as needed.
• Promote open communication and support a positive work environment.

• Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials
• Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have ability to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
• Must be organized and detail minded
• Must have customer service skills

• Promotes open communication and supports a positive work environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Feed Mill Operations Team
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous experience
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities, good math skills .
