CoralTree Hospitality Group operates Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale, seeking an Orchid Room Bartender to join a high-volume bar team. You will craft cocktails, serve guests, and provide attentive service at pool bars, reporting to the Orchid Room outlet General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Ability to implement and uphold service standards.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Interact with all associates and guests of the resort.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Assess bar customer needs and make personalized recommendations.
• Stock and maintain bar area to resort and health department standards.
• Provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training for professional development.
• Record all transactions in the POS system accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Follow pouring procedures with a jigger and standard recipes.
• Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
• Assist Supervisors with inventory duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and equipment.
