Job summary

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Orchestration Analytics & Products, to translate Commercial needs into scalable analytics-powered orchestration products across HCP engagement and Patient Services.

You will lead roadmap design, partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT, and ensure integration into CRM and automation platforms, working under the Senior Director of Advanced Analytics Products. A strong background in analytics-driven product management is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics, Advanced Analytics, or product management.
Experience translating business problems into analytical, digital, or data-enabled products.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical omnichannel engagement and related workflows.
Working knowledge of AI, experimentation, and optimization concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a prioritized analytics orchestration product roadmap aligned to Commercial priorities.
Partner across Marketing, Sales, Patient Services, and Analytics to identify impactful decisions and workflows.
Lead product discovery and translate business needs into orchestration product requirements.
Define integration points with CRM, marketing automation, and service workflows.
Establish product success measures and scale successful capabilities across brands.
