Job summary

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Orchestration Analytics & Products to shape analytics-enabled orchestration across HCP engagement and Patient Services. You will translate Commercial needs into scalable products using data, AI, and business rules, integrated into CRM and automation workflows.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Advanced Analytics Products and requires partnering across Commercial Analytics, Data Enablement, and IT to drive adoption, measure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, analytics, technology, life sciences, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech Commercial Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Omnichannel, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, or product management.
• Experience translating complex business problems into analytical, digital, or data-enabled products.
• Experience with pharmaceutical omnichannel engagement, Patient Services, or related Commercial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a prioritized analytics-enabled orchestration product roadmap.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Patient Services, and Commercial Analytics to identify decisions and workflows to improve outcomes.
• Lead product discovery and translate business needs into orchestration product requirements.
• Define integration into CRM, marketing automation, and other Commercial workflows.
• Establish product success measures and scale capabilities across brands and channels.
