Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director to lead Data Operations & Enablement for its Commercial data ecosystem. You will oversee data quality, integration, MDM, and BI governance across Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake platforms, and build a scalable, analytics-ready data product catalog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in data operations, data engineering, or commercial data in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading, building and scaling multidisciplinary data teams.
• Ownership of data integration, data quality, and master data management (MDM).
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and scale data integration/ETL-ELT.
• Experience with BI platforms and governed self-service analytics.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end commercial data supply chain reliability and incident management.
• Integrate all commercial data sources into governed, analytics-ready assets.
• Set and evolve cloud data architecture using Azure/Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Establish enterprise-grade data quality frameworks with governance.
• Own MDM across customer, HCP, HCO, product, payer, and territory domains.
• Operationalize reusable data products and a semantic analytics layer.
• Own the BI platform and governed reporting for self-service analytics.
• Establish data governance and HIPAA/privacy compliance with privacy teams.
