Qualificações

• Experience selecting and ordering orchestral music for concerts.
• Ability to coordinate bowings and parts with conductor and concertmaster.
• Familiarity with distributing PDFs and managing score inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Order music two months before concerts, verifying editions and keys.
• Coordinate with conductor, concertmaster, and principals on bowings.
• Ship or transfer music and track counts and budget.
• Upload PDFs to shared folders and distribute to players.
• Manage returns and copies after rehearsals and ensure originals are preserved.
• Track expenses across copying, postage, and shipping.
