The Home Depot is seeking an Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Investigator to lead and support investigations across a defined geographic area. You will analyze data, coordinate with field teams and law enforcement, and manage case progression from initiation to resolution, aiming to mitigate theft exposure and recover losses.

You will train and coach partners, communicate findings, and ensure proper documentation and video retention for prosecution. Travel and flexible scheduling are required.
