Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Market ORC Manager to oversee Organized Retail Crime programs, coordinate investigations, and drive case closures. The role partners with regional investigators and AP teams to reduce losses and enhance asset protection across markets.

Responsibilities include leading ORC cases, analyzing theft patterns, and collaborating with law enforcement and retail partners to prosecute offenders. Strong data skills and CCTV/EAS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience with investigations and working with law enforcement and case prosecutions.
• 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• 2 years demonstrated experience analyzing data.
• 2 years’ experience in using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and follow up on all ORC cases to maximize case resolution.
• Analyze reporting to identify ORC theft patterns and reduce losses.
• Use case management database to initiate Master Case Files and External Theft Bulletins.
• Run Dart reporting to identify ORC and Internal cases and drive case closure.
• Follow up on MC devalue requests and submit mandatory reporting.
• Provide feedback to Regional Investigator and DAPSM for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with store Asset Protection personnel on ORC activity and related costs.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and prosecution authorities at various levels.
