TJX Companies in San Jose is seeking a Field Investigations Manager to lead ORC investigations and support store operations in reducing external theft across brands. You will collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to prosecute fraud while guiding a team of investigators.

The role requires strong communication, travel ability, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Loss Prevention or investigative experience.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned areas.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Time management and prioritization skills.

Mansioni

• Assists Manager of Field Investigations in the management and execution of National Task Force activities.
• Initiates, conducts and resolves sophisticated organized theft/fraud investigations.
• Develops creative strategies within assigned market and coordinates these efforts with the Manager of Field Investigations
• Manages Loss Prevention Investigators assigned to one or two markets.
• Partners with Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to prosecute all external fraud activities within assigned area.
• Develops staffing plans. Recruits, interviews and hires NTF members.
