Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Market ORC Manager to oversee Organized Retail Crime programs across assigned areas, focusing on detection, investigation, and prosecution of ORC activity. The role coordinates with regional teams, law enforcement, and retail partners to reduce losses and ensure proper case closure.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of investigations experience, with strong data analysis and CCTV/EAS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years’ experience in investigations with law enforcement and prosecutions.
• 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• 2 years’ demonstrated experience analyzing data.
• 2 years’ experience using CCTV/EAS or similar security systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and follow up on all ORC cases to maximize resolution and minimize liability.
• Analyze reports to identify ORC theft patterns and reduce losses.
• Use case management databases to create Master Case Files and External Theft Bulletins.
• Run Dart reporting to identify ORC and Internal cases and support investigations.
• Coordinate with AP personnel on case management and resolution.
• Attend Synchrony Fraud calls and provide updates on ORC activity.
