Job summary

Idr is seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Project Manager to join a top client in Dallas, TX. Lead the full lifecycle of ORC implementation during migration from Taleo, coordinating HR, IT and vendors.

You will establish governance, manage scope, schedule and budget, and oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, and stabilization. This role requires strong stakeholder management and HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR system implementations end-to-end.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud and ORC is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, and hiring manager workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the ORC implementation from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Coordinate among HR, IT, and external vendors to meet goals on time and within scope.
• Establish governance structures, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and report progress to leadership.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, and stabilization efforts.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet milestones.
