Job summary

LS Gallegos & Associates Inc. is seeking a professional to support operational readiness and project coordination for DEN projects. You will engage stakeholders, document expectations, and facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure readiness across initiatives.

Strong communication skills and experience in airport operations or readiness activities are essential, along with the ability to coordinate across multiple project managers and sustain alignment across overlapping efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline/airport operations or large-scale event planning.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across multiple entities (airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, contractors).
• Experience in training development, operational trials, or simulation exercises to test readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist DEN Project Managers with general questions and feedback related to operational readiness and project coordination practices.
• Support DEN sponsors and stakeholders in documenting their expectations throughout the project duration.
• Establish regular meetings with stakeholders per the DEN ORAT governance structure.
• Coordinate project activities with multiple Project Managers to align overlapping projects.
• Develop and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Site visits and observations to support the above.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Description:

This role supports operational readiness and project coordination for DEN projects by engaging stakeholders, documenting expectations, and facilitating meetings and workshops. The position assists Project Managers with questions and feedback, aligns activities across overlapping projects, and conducts site visits as needed. Strong communication skills and experience in airport operations, large-scale planning, or readiness activities such as training, trials, or simulations are essential. Other duties may be assigned.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination with multiple entities such as airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors
