Job summary

CEO Life seeks a Chapter President to build and lead the Orange County, CA community. You will own growth, engagement, events, and a local presence, recruiting Chapter Directors and developing new member relationships to create a thriving leadership network.

You’ll personally cultivate connections with CEOs, founders, and senior executives, orchestrating monthly events and partnerships to deliver value and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship-driven roles (BD, sales, events, entrepreneurship)
• Reside in the Orange County, CA area
• Strong existing network in the Orange County business community preferred
• Ability to quickly build authentic relationships with successful leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and member experience of the Orange County chapter, building a highly engaged community of CEOs, founders, and senior executives
• Recruit, train, and lead Chapter Directors managing relationships and onboarding new members
• Develop new member relationships with a target of at least two new members per month
• Guide the team toward four new members per month with clear expectations and accountability
• Welcome members and make introductions to keep the community connected
• Plan and execute monthly Orange County events in partnership with the corporate team
• Engage with the local business community and represent CEO Life at events and partnerships
• Collaborate with other Chapter Presidents to create cross-market opportunities
• Act as a visible local representative, including occasional social media presence
