CEO Life in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Chapter President to build and lead our local community. You will own the chapter's growth, engagement, events, and presence, recruiting and directing Chapter Directors and developing new member relationships through your network and local business ties.

In this role you will be the primary liaison for members, plan monthly events, and represent CEO Life at public events and partnerships. A strong network and leadership presence are essential to success.

Formación

• 5+ years in a relationship-driven role involving business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, entrepreneurship, or executive leadership.
• Must currently live in the Palm Beach, FL area.
• A strong existing network within the Palm Beach business community is valuable, but the ability to quickly build authentic relationships is key.
• Natural ability to connect people and identify opportunities where introductions create value.
• Strong relationship-based sales skills and confidence to ask for business without a transactional feel.
• Experience recruiting, leading, and motivating people with ability to set expectations and accountability.
• Warm, engaging presence and ability to make people feel welcome, known, and connected.
• Strong organizational skills balancing member relationships, business development, team leadership, and events.
• Comfort representing an organization publicly, including speaking to groups and appearing on camera or social media.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building something within the local business community.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth and member experience for CEO Life's Palm Beach chapter, building a highly engaged community.
• Recruit, train, and lead Chapter Directors responsible for developing relationships and onboarding new members.
• Personally develop member relationships and bring in at least two new members per month through your network and events.
• Guide the team to a four-member monthly new member target with clear expectations and accountability.
• Welcome new members, understand their businesses, make valuable introductions, and keep the community connected.
• Plan and execute monthly Palm Beach events in partnership with the corporate team to deliver value and recruit newcomers.
• Build relationships across the Palm Beach business community and represent CEO Life at events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Chapter Presidents nationwide to create introductions and opportunities beyond Palm Beach.
• Serve as a visible local representative, including occasional public speaking and content creation.
