Job summary

CEO Life is seeking a Fort Lauderdale Chapter President to build and lead our local community of CEOs, founders, and senior executives. You’ll oversee growth, engagement, events, and local presence, recruiting and directing Chapter Directors, and forging meaningful relationships.

You’ll cultivate a vibrant member experience, host monthly events, and represent the chapter in local networks. The role includes base salary plus uncapped monthly commission and substantial upside as the community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relationship-driven role involving business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, entrepreneurship, or executive leadership.
• Must currently live in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.
• Strong existing network in the Fort Lauderdale business community and the ability to build authentic relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and member experience of the Fort Lauderdale chapter, building an engaged community of leaders.
• Recruit, train, and lead Chapter Directors responsible for member development and onboarding.
• Develop new member relationships and drive a monthly intake of new members through your network and events.
• Plan and execute monthly Fort Lauderdale events with the corporate team, delivering value to members and attracting prospects.
• Represent CEO Life locally, build partnerships, and collaborate with other chapters nationwide.
