Job summary

CEO Life is seeking a Chapter President to build and lead the Chicago, IL community. You will own the chapter's growth, engagement, events, and local presence, recruiting and leading Chapter Directors and developing new member relationships.

The role aims to create a highly visible local community where CEOs, founders, and senior executives connect and grow, with leadership spanning events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship-driven roles involving business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, entrepreneurship, or executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and member experience for CEO Life's Chicago chapter.
• Recruit, train, and lead Chapter Directors to develop relationships and recruit new members.
• Develop new member relationships, aiming for at least two new members per month.
• Guide the team to 4 new members per month with clear expectations and accountability.
• Welcome members, understand their businesses, make introductions, and keep the community engaged.
• Plan and execute monthly Chicago events in partnership with the corporate team.
