CEO Life in Chicago seeks a Chapter President to lead our exclusive Executive Leadership Pod and personally enroll CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives. This is a leadership role with unprecedented earning potential, not a traditional sales post.

You will build a premium executive community, drive growth through events, sponsorships, and enrollments, while mentoring four Chapter Directors and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• A proven closer with demonstrated success selling to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives.
• Deep connections within the Chicago executive community.
• Ability to lead a high-performance team while maintaining personal selling excellence.

Responsibilities

• Executive Sales Leadership: prospect, engage, and close with C-level executives and coach others.
• Team Leadership & Development: guide four Chapter Directors across verticals and drive enrollment.
• Executive Event Execution: organize monthly events for CEOs and senior leaders.
• Strategic Partnerships: cultivate sponsorships and collaboration opportunities.
• Chapter Culture & Member Experience: foster engagement and strong member retention.
• Operational Excellence: track activity and maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM.
