Job summary

Oral Surgery of Fredericksburg in Fredericksburg, TX is seeking a dedicated Surgical Assistant to support our oral surgeons and ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care throughout the surgical process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused, with strong technical skills and a collaborative spirit. A valid RDA and BLS certification are preferred, and Spanish fluency is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform lab work as needed.
• Organize and restock supplies and rooms.

We're seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Surgical Assistant to support our oral surgeons, ensuring an efficient workflow and exceptional patient care throughout the surgical process. Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Valid RDA
• Takes pride in attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable on a daily basis
• Friendly and outgoing personality, with both patients and fellow staff
• Ability to commute and work in Fredericksburg

Qualifications not necessary but a plus

• Previous oral surgery experience
• Dental Anesthesia Assistant Permit (through Dental Board of CA)
• Emergency procedures - identification and treatment
• Computer savvy
• Ability to read, speak, and write Spanish fluently and clearly
• Minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assisting in surgical procedures, both local and IV sedation

Pay Range $18-22 dependent on experience
