Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine, patient-first attitude.
• Proficiency with practice management software and MS Office.
• Comfort handling sensitive patient information with discretion.

Working Conditions

• On-site at our Cypress, TX practice.
• Standard business hours; occasional evenings or weekends based on practice needs.
• Mix of desk work and time on the floor with staff and patients (approx. 80% sitting / 20% standing).
• Occasional lifting of office or medical supplies (up to 25 lbs).
