Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking a Patient Implant Care Coordinator to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient financial responsibility. You will manage the doctors' schedule and communications with patients and referring offices.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years of customer service experience, and preferably medical or dental experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones.
• Schedule appointments and provide cost estimates.
• Collect patient payments and explain treatment options.
• Coordinate doctor schedules and communicate with patients and referring offices.
• Update and maintain patient insurance information.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and adhere to deadlines.
