Gateway is a privately owned oral surgery practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, professional and personalized environment.
We are looking for an experienced Oral Surgery or Dental Office Manager who enjoys leading a team, building relationships with patients and taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of a practice.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the business side of dentistry but still wants to be actively involved in the office, working directly with the doctor and team.
Our Office Manager plays an important role in keeping Gateway organized, efficient and running smoothly. You'll work closely with Dr. Fernando, our clinical team and the administrative team to support daily operations, maintain a positive work environment and provide an excellent patient experience.
We're looking for someone who can take initiative, solve problems, hold people accountable and recognize when something needs attention—without needing the doctor to manage every detail.
