Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of receptionist experience.
• 1+ years of customer-focused experience.
• Dental or oral surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in verifying insurance benefits.
• Skilled in using EMR systems with accuracy.
• Knowledgeable in patient financials, including collecting payments.
• Proficient in answering and managing a busy multi-line phone system.
• Experienced in filing insurance claims and documentation for timely processing.
• Scheduling procedures for clinical visits.
• Greeting patients as they arrive.
• Answering calls promptly.
• Schedule/Reschedule patient visits.
• Prepare patient charts & daily schedules.
• Enjoy interacting with patients and working in a team.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect payments.
• Focus on details.
