Job summary

Flagship Specialty Partners is seeking a motivated Oral Surgery Assistant to support surgeons during minor procedures, set up instruments, and help maintain a sterile environment. You will participate in instrument processing, room turnover, and clinical duties under supervision.

The role emphasizes hands-on clinical work, EMR documentation, and collaboration with a world-class team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of approved nitrous oxide course.
• Anesthesia-related continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Set up for non-sterile & sterile procedures under supervision.
• Assist surgeon during minor procedures and provide airway support as needed.
• Circulates on procedures and completes EMR entries and paperwork.
• Perform other procedures as directed (dental impressions, radiographs, etc.).
