Flagship Specialty Partners is seeking a team-oriented assistant to support minor surgical procedures, instrument processing, and room turnover in a fast-paced oral surgery environment. You will observe, train, and participate under supervision, with duties including setting up for procedures, assisting surgeons, completing EMR entries, and handling radiographs and impressions.

A High school diploma, nitrous oxide course, and anesthesia education are required or completed within the specified

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an approved nitrous oxide course is required.
• Anesthesia-related continuing education is preferred or required within one year of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up for non-sterile & sterile procedures under supervision with instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist surgeon during minor procedures including suctioning, retracting, passing instruments, and providing airway support until core competencies are met.
• Circulate on surgical procedures and complete EMR entries and related paperwork.
• Perform other tasks as directed (radiographs, dental impressions, digital scans, removal of splints, sutures, etc.).
